Our Vision

Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics opportunities are available to all equally and unequivocally.

Our Values

These are the values that we not only look for in our board members and staff but hope to instill in all who go through our programs as well.

Compassion for the community

We make serving the children and families of our community the center of everything we do.

Eternal Learning

We seek to always identify new information, processes, and standards. When we identify something is not working, we quickly learn from our mistakes and figure out how to improve.

Uplifting our Origins

As we grow personally and professionally, we always return to the communities that made that growth possible and give back to them.

Universal Respect

Regardless of race, gender, ability, age, or origin, we give every person the respect and dignity that we would want to be imparted onto us.

Diversity and Inclusiveness in Mind and Body

Not only do we seek to work with a diverse range of people but to think and act with inclusiveness in mind.

LEAP was founded by sisters with deep love for the community, duty to God, and great vision for the future. These two gathered several others who shared a passion for the community and together they made LEAP into a reality.
