The Young Riveters Programs introduces young girls to STEM fields and helps them get up close and personal with female leaders in STEM across the city. The girls participate in the program throughout the year in a group, or class, based on their age. Showing young women that it is possible for them to live healthy balanced lives while working in STEM fields is imperative to equality.
